Amenities

 

 

Showers with basic toiletries, towels, and yoga props- such as blocks & straps are available for use (free of charge).

How to attend a class:

 

 

  • CHY has the largest studio in Hampton Roads. Just come in to any of the scheduled classes- there is no need to make advanced reservations (you can however save time by registering online).
  • Try to arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit so you can have a tour and enter the class without any stress from being rushed.
  • Wear light, fitted & comfortable clothing. Avoid thick sweatpants that will not breathe well.
  • Mats are available for rent and purchase or bring your own.
  • Come to yoga fueled like you would when going to the gym. It is suggested to eat lightly at least 1 hour before a class.
  • Bring plenty of water (at least two 16 oz. bottles). Bottled water is always available for purchase.
  • Payment can be made by cash, credit card or “membership” (see pricing section).
