Class Descriptions



Yin/Yang Flow

Room temperature approximately: not heated

Enjoy the benefits of the strength building and movement through yang yoga, along with a restorative yin yoga practice. This class will include a gentle flow to help warm the body and build strength, moving mindfully from one pose to the next so you will feel the natural progression of the practice from beginning to end. For the yin portion of class we will use bolsters, blocks & props to help deepen your stretch and focus on overall joint health. This class is perfect for students off all levels and ages.

Restorative Yin

A cozy compilation of restorative poses suitable for any level student. Many of the gentle floor poses are held for longer frames of time allowing you to relax and open without force. Bolsters, blocks & props will be provided to help you deepen your stretch and focus on overall joint and ligament health

Light & Warm

Room temperature approximately: 85 degrees

A slower paced class with a similar flow to our Hot Vinyasa classes. The room is mildly heated to help loosen stiff muscles. This class is suitable for both regular practitioners and beginners.

Hot Vinyasa

Room temperature approximately: 103/105

This class starts with a solid 25 minutes of traditional sun salutation flow with poses playfully thrown in between salutes to draw you in, loosen you up and prep you for more, more, more delicious yoga. Next you will briefly visit the necessary but humbling one-legged poses, followed by “static” or individual poses which your body will greet with delight. Shortly after this peak, you will find yourself in the floor poses which are like the icing on the cake. Finally, you will be guided through a relaxing breath technique that will truly ease any residual stress up and out of your body. In the end, you will feel thoroughly refreshed and recharged with energy!!

Hot Series

Room temperature approximately: 103/105

Is a series of postures (asanas) and two breathing exercises (pranayamas), sans sun salutations, which are suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments and joints needed for the next posture. This method also stimulates the organs, glands and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100 percent of the body, restoring all systems to a healthy working order.

Classic Rock

Room temperature approximately: 103/105 degrees

Hot Vinyasa with classic rock music. Put aside your thoughts and enjoy the rhythm and movement of the music.

Candlelight Flow

Room temperature is approximately: 85 degrees

This Light & Warm vinyasa flow is softly lit by candlelight to help create a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
