Class Descriptions



Yin/Yang Flow

Room temperature is approximately: 75 degrees

Enjoy the benefits of the strength building and movement through yang yoga, then finish with a more passive restorative yin yoga practice. This class is non-heated and will begin with 25 min of gentle flow to help warm the body and build strength. Moving mindfully from one pose to the next you will feel the natural progression of the practice from beginning to end. During the last 35 min of yin we will use bolsters, blocks and props to help deepen your stretch and focus on overall joint health. This class is perfect for students off all levels and ages.

Restorative Yin

Room temperature is approximately: 75 degrees

A cozy compilation of restorative poses suitable for any level student. The instructor will tantalize you by shifting from movement to stillness in a quiet and restorative practice. Many of the gentle floor poses are held for longer frames of time allowing you to relax and open without force.

Light & Warm

Room temperature is approximately: 85 degrees

By light we mean a milder approach suitable for BOTH regular practitioners and beginners. By warm we mean a gently heated room just like a warm summer day to allow you to flow through poses and ease away stiffness and stress. This blissful 60 minutes will either be a similar flow to our Hot Vin class OR a welcome surprise of body opening, playful poses.

Hot Vinyasa

Room temperature is approximately: 100 degrees for am classes/105 for pm classes

This class starts with a solid 25 minutes of traditional sun salutation flow with poses playfully thrown in between salutes to draw you in, loosen you up and prep you for more, more, more delicious yoga. Next you will briefly visit the necessary but humbling one-legged poses, followed by “static” or individual poses which your body will greet with delight. Shortly after this peak, you will find yourself in the floor poses which are like the icing on the cake. Finally, you will be guided through a relaxing breath technique that will truly ease any residual stress up and out of your body. In the end, you will feel thoroughly refreshed and recharged with energy!!

Hot Series

Room temperature is approximately: 100 degrees for am classes/105 for pm classes

Is a series of postures (asanas) and two breathing exercises (pranayamas), sans sun salutations, which are suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments and joints needed for the next posture. This method also stimulates the organs, glands and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100 percent of the body, restoring all systems to a healthy working order.

Hot Vinyasa with Classic Rock

Candlelight Flow

Room temperature is approximately: 85 degrees

Join us for a 60 minute light and warm vinyasa flow softly lit by candlelight.
