Benefits of Hot Yoga

The temperature allows you to stretch strengthen and achieve flexibility deeply and safely. Thousands of people are now practicing hot yoga because they experience a type of body wellness that no other physical practice can provide.

Here are some reasons to practice hot yoga:

  • Your body burns fat more effectively. Your metabolism speeds up the breakdown of glucose and fatty acids.
  • The heat produces a fluid-like stretch allowing for greater range of movement in joints, muscles, ligaments and other supporting structures of the body.
