This class Is a series of 25-30 postures (asanas) and two breathing exercises (pranayamas). It's practiced in sequence in a heated (105 to 108) room, sans sun salutations, and is suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments and joints needed for the next posture.
Appropriate for those who are physically active. If you are concerned about the heat we suggest starting with our Light & Warm classes.
