LIGHT & WARM

A slower paced class with a similar flow to our Hot Vinyasa classes. The room is mildly heated to help loosen stiff muscles. Room temperature is approximately 85 degrees.

Suitable for all practitioners, including beginners.

Mondays 7:35pm | Wednesdays 6:15pm | Saturdays 10:00am |Sundays 3:00pm
