This class will guide you through a slow flow of floor postures that are designed to help connect mind, body and breath without loading a lot of weight on wrists and shoulders, or having to worry about balance. We will use a variety of props including; bands, blocks, weights and bolsters to help strengthen and stretch the body. Class is room temperature, and open to all experience levels. A yoga mat is required (rental mats are available), all other props will be provided.
Appropriate for regular practitioners and beginners.
